I’m Alan. I connect systems so the numbers are right.
Since 2019 I’ve built the systems companies run on: ERP integration including Odoo, interfaces, data pipelines, and AI with guardrails. E-commerce, wholesale, pharma, tourism. In 2026 I founded Studio Hugo in Zagreb.
You work with me. No hand-offs, no account managers. From the first call to the live system. I work in English, German and Croatian.

Every project starts with a read-only inventory. I build only once I know what is really in your systems.
Fixed price or a cost cap.
You know what it costs before I start. Larger projects run in blocks, each with its own sign-off.
A monthly report.
Every month you see what ran, what changed and what I did.
Your live systems stay untouched.
I build beside them and write through one controlled door at most.
