The included hours are for work, not meetings: new questions, reports, adjustments. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Larger extensions at a fixed price, agreed in advance. The monthly report comes in writing; we talk when there is something to discuss.
All prices excluding VAT. Clients in Croatia pay Croatian VAT (PDV) on top; for businesses in other EU countries, the reverse charge applies. Not sure which one fits? That’s what the first call is for.

Questions I hear often
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use data and tools from other systems. Think of it as a socket in the wall: I build the plug for your systems. You don’t need to know anything about it.
Do you see my data?
To build the connection I need read access to your systems, and I only look at what the connection needs. Your AI sees customer data only as codes, and every access is logged. I sign a data processing agreement with you before I connect anything.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Its answers rest on data I reconcile against your systems, and it names the source, so you can check every number. Before go-live we test with your real questions. And because access is read-only, a wrong answer can’t change anything in your systems.
Does it work with ChatGPT or Copilot?
I build and test with Claude. ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot on request: I test your setup there before I promise anything.
How long does it take?
Depending on the scope, one to two months from the first call to go-live. After the read-only inventory, I can tell you more precisely.
What if there’s already a connector for my system?
Then use it. For Gmail, Drive, Notion and similar tools there are good ready-made connectors, and you don’t need me for those. I’m worth hiring for systems without a connector, and when you want one answer across several systems.
What if something happens to you?
You own the code and the documentation, and everything is written down so someone else can take over. Two external partners know my setup and can step in. And while we work together, I’m available: you reach me directly, not a ticket system.
